The author is Rev. James Eaton. Ordained in 1975, Rev. Eaton has served as a pastor at several churches, most recently the First Congregational Church of Albany, NY. He is married to Jacquelyn and has three kids and five grandkids. He is also a sailor, with a classic Alberg 35 sailboat and a photographer whose work has been shown in several galleries.
